DPF #315- January 3- What is Missing from your Life that Could Transform You into SuperYou?

What activity, habit, or routine is missing from your SuperYou? Perhaps it is regular exercise, as it is for me- jogging helps me in numerous ways- gives me relief from pent-up stress, strengthens my heart and lungs, enhances the blood flow to all parts of my body (particularly my limbs and brain), but most beneficial to me is the cognitive element. When I jog, I get ideas for my work, my personal life and creations, my relationships, my future in general. Creativity seems to happen on its own as I free up space in my mind that was taken by stress and other junk.

What is that missing activity for you? What could you be with that in your daily/ weekly life?
