Replace Temporary Pleasures with Permanent Well-Being- DPF #372- March 1

This is the basis of my outlook on life- to replace temporary pleasures with permanent well-being.

I replace fiction with non-fiction, and I save my fiction for only very high-quality, and thought-provoking creations.

I replaced smoking and drinking with meditation.

I replaced meat with beans.

I replaced dairy with soy.

I replaced sugar with honey and maple syrup.

I replaced sugary snacks with fruit.

I replaced watching tv during lunch with eating outside.

and I continue to refine, from the temporary to the permanent, from the up and down pleasure-focus to the constant well-being focus. I highly recommend it.
