Make a Personal Challenge- DPF #403- April 1

For my son, it is to calm down before speaking/acting inappropriately to a situation that he doesn’t like.

For me, it is the same, as well as daily planking to strengthen my back.

It could be something small, something big, something short or long term, but it should be improvement focused. Make it now, and you will know when it time to move on the next challenge.
