What is Lacking in your Diet? Find a Delicious way to Insert it into your Day- DPF #543

If you read books on nutrition (plant-based diet in my case), like I have, then you get a pretty good idea where you are coming up short nutritionally.

Soups, curry, salads, and smoothies are not only delicious, but very inclusive in terms of nutrient dense fruit, vegetables, nuts, and legumes.

I challenge you to find where you are coming up short, and use a delicious way to include it in your daily/weekly life. Your future self will thank you, for the increased energy and clear mind.
